When asked how she felt having been announced the winner, Victoria shared, ‘It’s a huge accomplishment and one that I wasn’t expecting. What means the most is being able to have this moment with my team. We’ve really pushed the boundaries to get to where we are and nights like this give us a chance to really reflect and celebrate that.’

The last year specifically has seen MLC diversify, internationalise, grow the team, increase turnover and develop their own technology to make their service even easier, friendlier and more efficient for their clients. With the launch of new innovative services, technology and products, and by revising the businesscore values. These values revolve around equality and wellbeing, transparent operations, maximising the potential of MLCs people and clients, as well as effective communication and understanding.

By following through with these values, Victoria has created a strong and cohesive team that is committed to delivering exceptional language solutions.

In the past year, Victoria has demonstrated remarkable adaptability and resilience in navigating through challenging times. She has consistently re-strategised the business in response to changing market conditions including Brexit and the post pandemic landscape and evolving industry landscapes. As a result, MLC has not only weathered tough economic times but has also grown, year on year since startup.
