Client Requirements & Challenges
Continuity2 (C2) sought a reliable language translation partner to undertake a critical project for a blue chip energy company operating globally. With strict time constraints and no room for error, the client needed their website translated into 12 languages to effectively communicate their new sustainable home energy systems to customers worldwide.
Furthermore, they required comprehensive support in integrating these translations onto their website, ensuring a seamless user journey that fostered understanding and engagement.
Our Approach & Solution
My Language Connection provided subject matter experts which increased the speed and accuracy in delivering technical energy translations. This enabled us to expedite the process while maintaining utmost accuracy.
Our team of bilingual and seasoned project managers devised a comprehensive plan, which was executed over several months, to deliver high-quality translations in the following languages:
Spanish
Portuguese
Dutch
Italian
German
Polish
Swedish
Croatian
Romanian
Hungarian
Czech
Arabic
In addition to ensuring the linguistic integrity of the translations, the MLC team conducted quality assurance checks before assisting C2 with the integration of the translated content into the energy giant’s digital presence.
The project was successfully completed within the specified timeframe and rolled out across various regions, enabling millions of energy customers worldwide to embrace and benefit from more sustainable heating systems.
