Part-time Marketing Manager
Job title: Part-me Marketing Manager
Main purpose of job:
To support the marketing team with the full range of My Language Connection’s services. You will be a key part of communication and management between our Marketing agency, inhouse content marketer and sales tea with the objective of supporting the build of the brand and achieving and exceeding the company’s sales and growth target monthly.
Reporting to: Victoria Nicol (Managing Director)
- Write and develop MLC’s Marke ng Strategy inline with it’s next 12-month vision and growth activities alongside the current Marketing Team.
- Support in the generation of leads per week for the collective sales team via various channels and oversight of delivery of 160 – 320 leads + per month through own lead generation and via our partners for the sales team over the next 12-months.
- Day to Day management of all marke ng ac vi es supporting marke ng and sales to
drive new business leads and market to existing clients with view of strengthening and further developing partnerships. - Management of agency partners.
- Technically, strong, understanding of the online marketing mix right the way through to leveraging data in marketing. (Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, Google Ads is preferred)
- Report on marke ng performance to the Management Team on a daily and weekly basis.
- Integrate with key departments in the business.
- Keen problem solver and creative thinker.
- Highly organised and works well with people across disciplines.
- Can develop project management workflows and processes to improve communication and performance.
- Interest in health and wellbeing is key.
- Good all round marketing experience.
- Experience of the Language Service Provider sector
- Delivering marketing outputs on me and on budget, reporting regular updates to the Managing Director.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against budget.
- Manage external PR agency and external Marketing Agency(ies) to deliver to targets and deadlines, monitoring daily email marketing trackers, ClickUp and other relevant tools.

Extent of Authority:
• Report to management any gross negligence of duty displayed by colleagues, including unsafe working practices/materials/equipment.
• Report any breach of the company’s equal Opportunities or Discrimination Policies by any member of staff to the Managing Director.
• Recommend to management ways in which we can improve our service.
